Job summary

Avera Health is seeking an HR Insights Partner for a 12-month temporary assignment in the United States. The role focuses on discovering workforce insights to improve investment in employees through compelling storytelling and data-driven HR decisions.

You will partner with HR leaders, conduct research, and model future scenarios to highlight talent risks and opportunities, helping leadership drive people strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent ability to convey complex HR concepts to non-technical audiences.
• At least three years of experience applying HR insights and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve organizational efficiency through HR insights.
• Develop and conduct surveys, interviews, focus groups, and performance reviews.
• Measure employee engagement and sentiment to guide decisions.
• Consult with HR leaders to align data insights with strategic objectives.
• Stay current with trends in people insights and HR practices.
• Analyze workforce data to predict talent gaps and risks.
• Empower HR partners to use HR data in decision-making.
• Design and deliver training to boost HR data literacy.
