Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain complex concepts.
• Three years of HR insights or analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve organizational efficiency using HR insights.
• Develop surveys, interviews, focus groups, and performance reviews.
• Partner with HR leaders to translate data into actionable recommendations.
