Job summary

Augusta Health in Fishersville, VA, is seeking a Senior Human Resource Business Analyst to collect, compile, and analyze HR data and present results to leadership. You will provide insight into key workforce indicators and support organizational decision making through high-level analysis and reporting.

You will evaluate HRIS functionality, recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and member experience, and partner with IT, Finance and others on organization-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, HR Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years minimum experience in HR or accounting.
• Prior Compensation, HRIS, and report writing experience.
