Qualifications

• 3-6 years of directly related experience.
• Familiarity with HRIS; Workday preferred.
• Advanced Excel; general Power BI knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and create visualizations to support turnover, job movement, surveys.
• Design and create reporting/analytics solutions with HRBPs.
• Collaborate with HRBPs to anticipate business data needs.
• Access and release sensitive data responsibly.
• Serve as SME on human capital data, tools, resources.
