Job summary

Humana is seeking an HR Business Partner 2 to lead the people management agenda within a business unit and to drive data-informed HR solutions. The role focuses on Medicaid RFP responses and standing up new business contracts, coordinating across HR to align resources and processes.

The position requires advanced data analysis, reporting skills, and proficiency with Power BI, AI tools, and MS Office. Remote with occasional travel is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years HR or business support experience.
• 2+ years of reporting and data analysis experience.
• Power BI or similar BI tool experience for reports/dashboards.
• Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools (Copilot/ChatGPT) for analysis, reporting or project execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead people management agenda within a business unit and support Medicaid RFP responses and implementation.
• Serve as the single point of contact for employees and managers in the business unit.
• Build strong relationships and translate HR requests to the business unit.
• Implement HR best practices and support HR processes at the unit level.
