Job summary

Complete Care is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead human resources for our Maryland LTC facilities. This full-time role requires proven HR leadership, experience in long-term care, and strong knowledge of Maryland labor law.

You will oversee recruitment, payroll, and employee relations in a compassionate, patient-centered environment. Reporting to the Administrator, you will manage staff onboarding, compliance, reporting, and labor matters while promoting growth and engagement.

Qualifications

• HR Director experience required.
• Leadership qualities required.
• LTC/SNF experience required.
• Understanding of Maryland labor law.

• Payroll oversight
• Facilitating and mediating all labor related issues
• Ensure all reports and records are completed in a timely manner
• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
