Job summary

Complete Care Management is seeking an HR Director in Colchester, CT to lead all HR functions within a post-acute care setting. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll, labor relations, and compliance, ensuring accurate records and timely reporting.

You will partner with administration to align HR strategy with patient care goals. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR or business, at least three years in HR management in healthcare, and strong communication and

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment of staff as needed

• Payroll oversight

• Ensure all reports and records are completed in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field, from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• Must have, as a minimum, three (3) years of experience with demonstrated success in human resource management.
• Knowledgeable of the laws, regulations, and guidelines concerning personnel administration in post-acute care settings.
• A bility to read, write, speak and understand the English language.

• Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the public.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to exercise judgement.
