Job summary

Complete Care at Harrington Court in Colchester, CT, is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead all human resources functions in a long-term care setting.

You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll, labor relations, and compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring timely reporting and efficient workforce operations.

A bachelor’s degree and at least three years of HR leadership experience are required, with a focus on teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
• Must have, as a minimum, three (3) years of experience with demonstrated success in human resource management.
• Knowledgeable of the laws, regulations, and guidelines concerning personnel administration in post-acute care settings.
