Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum three years of HR management experience with demonstrated success.
• Knowledge of personnel administration laws and guidelines in post-acute care settings.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Team player who can work independently and make tactful decisions when needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with HRIS systems.

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment of staff as needed
• Processing of new hires
• Payroll oversight

• Ensure all reports and records are completed in a timely manner.
• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Administrator.

Qualifications:
