Job summary

VOLTO Consulting is seeking a skilled professional to lead HR data governance initiatives. The role focuses on designing and implementing governance frameworks, policies, and data quality controls across HR functions.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and IT teams to define ownership and monitor regulatory adherence. The position requires experience in enterprise data governance and relevant certifications, with a practical approach to improving data integrity and governance

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR systems such as ADP.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data protection regulations).
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide data governance or data management initiatives.
• Relevant certifications in Data Governance, Data Management, Risk Management, or Compliance are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the HR Data Governance Framework.
• Develop, document, and maintain HR data governance policies, standards, procedures, and operating guidelines.
• Establish and monitor data quality controls to ensure the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity of HR data.
• Collaborate with HR, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Technology teams to define governance requirements and data ownership responsibilities.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of data control frameworks, including risk assessments, control testing, and remediation activities.
• Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements, privacy regulations, and internal governance standards impacting HR data.
• Analyze HR data and provide report and insights to support governance, compliance, and operational decision-making.
• Develop reporting and dashboards to monitor key data governance metrics, data quality indicators, and control effectiveness.
