Job summary

Integra in Houston or Dallas is seeking a Director, HR Process & Governance to define and operationalize the global HR process strategy. You will drive end-to-end process excellence, standardization, and alignment with our strategic goals across geographies and business units.

You will lead Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, govern HRIS initiatives, and partner with IT to deliver scalable solutions, automation, and strong data integrity for reporting and decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years in progressive HR roles with focus on operations, process design, or transformation.
• 5+ years in leadership roles managing global HR initiatives.
• Proven experience leading Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global HR process strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Establish governance, standards, and policies for hire-to-retire processes.
• Drive standardization, compliance, and KPIs across geographies.
• Partner with HRIS and IT for scalable tech solutions and digital transformation.
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement during Oracle HCM rollout.
• Manage HR project portfolio and governance for initiatives.
