Job summary

Graham Personnel Services is seeking an experienced HR Generalist/HR Administrative Support in Greensboro, NC. The role provides temporary HR support with a hybrid setup after training, starting onsite in Greensboro.

The schedule is 30-40 hours per week, with pay at $24.00 per hour. The assignment is approximately 3 months with potential to extend, focusing on workers’ compensation, HR systems, employee relations, and everyday HR administration.

Qualifications

• Previous HR experience required; able to handle sensitive conversations professionally.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift between admin and employee-facing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support field managers with workers’ compensation submissions.
• Provide Paycom support and assist HRIS-related questions.
• Assist with ATS and recruiting-related processes.
• Communicate regularly with employees and managers by phone.
• Provide general HR administrative duties and documentation.
• Support routine employee relations matters.
• Occasionally travel to local worksites for employee relations matters.
• Gather information and document conversations for follow-up.
