Apex Systems is seeking an onsite HR Operations Contact Center Coordinator in Greensboro, NC to support employees, managers, and HR partners through multiple channels. The role involves handling HR queries across benefits, payroll, onboarding/offboarding, and employee records, with case management and knowledge resource guidance.

The position is a 6-month contract with strong extension potential, working first shift, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in customer service, HR operations, HR shared services, or contact center environments.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and case management systems.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a primary contact for employees, managers, and HR partners via phone, email, chat, and case management.
• Respond to questions on HR policies, benefits, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and other lifecycle processes.
• Manage HR cases from intake to resolution with documentation in the case system.
• Escalate complex issues and provide timely, accurate guidance using knowledge resources.
• Protect confidential information and ensure privacy/compliance.
• Support testing and implementation of system/process improvements.
• Promote self-service resources and HR tools.
