Job summary

AGRU America, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to manage full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and core HR operations. You will attract and hire top talent, support workplace concerns, assist with open enrollment, and ensure smooth day-to-day HR activities.

This role suits a people-focused HR professional who thrives in a generalist environment where no two days are alike. Collaboration with corporate HR and Legal is expected to address complex matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR or related field.
• 3–5 years of broad HR experience including recruiting, ER, and benefits.
• Strong knowledge of employment law (FMLA, ADA, Title VII, FLSA, ACA, COBRA).
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and maintaining records.
• Proficiency with HRIS/ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offers and onboarding handoff.
• Partner with managers to define candidate profiles and set timelines.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Conduct screens, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, and communicate with candidates.
• Support employee relations, investigations, and policy guidance in collaboration with leadership.
• Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and regulatory compliance.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and HR reporting for leadership.
