American AgCredit is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to serve as a trusted partner to leaders and employees. You will advise on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation while contributing to broader people initiatives.

Reporting to a Senior HRBP, you will support talent processes, onboarding, and a consistent employee experience across the organization. Remote-friendly, full-time role with emphasis on collaboration and practical HR solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with employee relations and performance management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and influence leaders on employee and workplace issues.
• Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
• Professional HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR resource for leaders and employees on day-to-day people matters.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related issues.
• Partner with Senior HR Business Partners to support business objectives and people strategies.
• Support talent review, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement processes.
• Help ensure consistent, positive employee experience across the organization.
