Job summary

Trailboss Enterprises Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to support employee life cycle processes, recruiting efforts, and benefits administration. The role requires coordinating with project managers, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

The candidate should have an AA degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and 4 years HR experience; PHR certification is required or attainable within 6 months of hire. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• AA degree (Bachelor’s preferred) in Business, HR or related field; 4 years HR experience or training.
• PHR certification required; candidate able to certify within 6 months of hire.
• Strong English verbal and written communication; able to write business correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing recruiting strategies to meet staffing needs.
• Process new hire, benefits, and related paperwork.
• Enter personnel actions in ABRA and MAS 90 HR systems.
• Maintain employee records and government reporting data.
• Support labor relations issues and advise managers accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as directed by the HR Manager.
