Job summary

The Sygma Network, Inc. seeks an Human Resources Generalist to partner with leadership to implement local, regional, and corporate HR programs, initiatives, and policies that ensure equitable development and treatment of personnel at the Operating Company, located in Denver, CO or Portland, OR or Stockton, CA.

Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, investigations, guidance on problem resolution, performance management, staffing planning, diverse recruiting, and compensation policy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field is required.
• PHR or SPHR certification is preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the company complies with state and federal employment laws.
• Investigate problems such as working conditions, disciplinary actions, and appeals.
• Provide guidance for problem resolution to department officials and individuals.
• Oversee performance management with OpCo leaders on reviews and CMPs, with training as needed.
• Develop workforce staffing plans in collaboration with OpCo leaders.
• Coordinate recruiting to hire diverse, competent associates and manage workload.
• Formulate program goals and objectives in employee relations.
• Develop and administer management-labor relations to improve labor relations.
• Develop and oversee compensation policies, procedures, and programs.
