A Bachelor’s in HR or related field with HR certification is preferred.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or closely related field.
PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
2-5 years of HR management experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
Investigate problems such as working conditions and disciplinary actions.
Provide guidance for problem resolution to department officials.
Oversee performance management, associate reviews, and CMPs.
Coordinate staffing plans and diverse hiring initiatives.
Lead compensation policy development and communication.
