Job summary

Fenner Dunlop in Lavonia, GA is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to serve as the primary HR contact for employees and to support the HR strategy across the facility. You will lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and orientation while partnering with managers to ensure a positive, compliant workplace.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of HR experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 10% across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of diverse HR work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with a HRIS.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle recruitment to fulfill staffing needs.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Manage attendance tracking and HRIS maintenance.
• Assist in compensation, benefits and open enrollment processes.
• Support employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
• Prepare reports and support HR operations across North America.
