Fenner Dunlop is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our Lavonia, Georgia facility. This role serves as the primary HR contact for employees and supports HR strategy, reporting to the North America Regional HR Manager.

The position entails recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits support, and HRIS maintenance. You will collaborate with hiring managers, participate in onboarding, manage attendance policies, and drive HR processes across departments to support the company’s

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of diverse Human Resources work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with a HRIS.
• Solid understanding and confidence in HR abilities.
• Strategic big picture thinker with strong analytical skills for actionable data-driven recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Perform full-cycle recruiting to fulfill staffing needs for different areas of the business.
• Stays informed about industry trends and job market dynamics.
• Work closely with HR partners, hiring managers, and SMEs to gather information for successful recruitment.
• Craft clear, concise job descriptions reflecting duties and requirements.
• Collaborate with compensation to align job descriptions with pay structures.
• Conduct pre-employment screening, offers, negotiations, and pre-hire paperwork.
• Develop orientation schedules and training documentation; coordinate onboarding.
