Job summary

The University of West Georgia is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide operational and transactional support to the Talent Management unit and partner with assigned departments on HR matters. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, performance management, workforce planning, employee relations, and policy interpretation, maintaining records and preparing reports.
