Job summary

Sysco Jacksonville seeks an HR professional to support the HR Manager and HRBP in implementing local initiatives and executing regional programs, helping attract, develop, retain and engage talent.

The role covers onboarding, leave administration, payroll support, policy guidance, recruitment support, and efforts to foster an inclusive culture. 2–5 years HR experience and a BA in HR or related field are preferred; Workday experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in HR management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field preferred for internal candidates.

Responsibilities

• Execute transactional core HR processes (orientation, unemployment claims, onboarding and exit interviews, leave administration).
• Provide coaching to associates and supervisors on policy and procedure.
• Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition with recruitment and staffing plans.
• Support and maintain eTime system and payroll-related activities.
• Support HRBP to foster an inclusive and diverse culture.
• Administer programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction levels.
