Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc is seeking an HR Generalist to assist in daily HR functions, onboarding, and employee engagement. You will support recruiting efforts, assist the HRBP in fostering an inclusive culture, and help administer programs to improve satisfaction and compliance across the OpCo.

The role requires strong organizational, communication, and data analysis skills, with proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR processes and onboarding.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Ability to conduct training and group presentations.

Responsibilities

• Execute HR transactional processes (onboarding, unemployment, orientation, etc.).
• Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition for staffing plans.
• Assist HRBP to drive an inclusive culture and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance programs and track related data and communications.
• Provide general support for major HR initiatives and projects.
