Job summary

Hutchinson Group in New Hampshire seeks an experienced HR Generalist to manage full recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration on-site for a 3-shift production operation.

You will address employee relations, enforce policies, coordinate training and performance evaluations, and maintain HR records while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. Travel to other locations may be requested.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years HR experience.
• Experience with HR software and databases.
• Professional HR certification (PHR/SHRM) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Post job openings and manage recruitment processes.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring.
• Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding.
• Administer payroll and benefits; ensure compliance.
• Organize training and development programs.
• Enforce policies and labor law compliance.
• Coordinate performance evaluations for hourly staff.
• Maintain employee records and HR data.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Travel to Hutchinson locations as needed.
