Responsibilities

• Assist with bi-weekly payroll alongside the Finance Manager.
• Coordinate recruitment activities: postings, communications, interview scheduling, reference checks, pre-employment requirements.
• Onboard new employees: orientation, paperwork, clearances, and training assignments.
• Administer benefits programs including open enrollment and eligibility changes.
• Maintain HR records and confidential information in Paylocity and Employee Navigator.
• Ensure compliance with federal and Pennsylvania employment laws; conduct audits and prepare supporting documentation.
