Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of HR experience across core HR functions: employee relations, performance management, compensation, training, leaves, onboarding, offboarding.

Responsibilities

• Supports HR core processes driving talent management, rewards, performance, and engagement.
• Partners with management to ensure compliance with policies and programs.
• Executes onboarding and offboarding programs, including logistics and evaluation of effectiveness.
• Implements performance management tools and coaching sessions.
• Oversees LOA administration (ADA, FMLA, STD, LTD).
• Supports career planning and organizational development initiatives.
• Keeps up-to-date on employment laws and regulatory compliance.
