Job summary

Argo Group in Chicago seeks a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to align talent practices with business objectives. You will partner with leaders and HR centers of excellence to deliver effective HR programs while ensuring compliance with employment laws.

The role focuses on coaching leaders, managing talent reviews, and supporting organizational development across locations. A base salary with annual bonus and benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple disciplines.
• HRBP/HR Generalist experience preferred; matrixed or complex environment experience.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with leaders and employees to support business objectives and employee experience.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and Shared Services to deliver HR programs and services.
