Responsibilities include talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, performance, training, and employee relations. Strong knowledge of US employment law and confidential stakeholder engagement are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive HR experience with broad knowledge across core HR disciplines.
• Strong understanding of US employment law and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to influence leaders and drive organizational change in a fast-evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Partnership with US Business Heads to align talent with business strategy.
• Support HR programs: Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Performance, Training & Development.
• Ensure staffing needs are met and onboard new employees effectively.
• Manage employee relations issues with timely, fair resolution.
• Maintain HR administration and update the Employee Handbook as needed.
• Facilitate periodic training sessions and promote organizational learning.
• Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness with leadership.
• Provide guidance on people management and organizational issues at all levels.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to fill roles in Workday.
