Argo and Farm Family seek an Expert HR Talent Partner to align talent with business strategy and lead HR initiatives across our US operations. You will partner with business heads to drive organizational development, change management, and effective talent management in a complex matrix environment.

The role requires deep knowledge of US employment law, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering performance-driven HR programs, onboarding, and leadership coaching.

Competenze

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a foundation of technical knowledge in key HR disciplines.
• HRBP/generalist experience strongly preferred.
• Experience operating in a complex matrix environment desirable.
• Knowledge and understanding of US employment law.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Mansioni

• Develop and align HR initiatives with business strategy across US operations.
• Partner with leadership to design and implement organizational development, change management, and talent management programs.
• Lead talent acquisition, development, and succession planning.
• Provide coaching to leaders on people management and organizational issues.
• Oversee HR programs: compensation, benefits, performance, training, employee engagement.
• Ensure onboarding and regulatory compliance across locations.
