Job summary

This role serves as the first line of support for day-to-day inquiries and coach on routine matters.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, 2+ years of HR experience in an HRBP environment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• 2+ years of HR experience in an HR business partner environment preferred.
• Experience with onboarding, compensation, performance management, benefits management, affirmative action, EEO, investigations, and HRIS preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high standard of confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR teams to implement HR programs and administer talent management.
• Support onboarding, compensation, performance appraisal, benefits enrollment, and related processes.
• Provide counsel on policy interpretation and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.
• Lead training on organizational culture, change management, and leadership development.
• Assist in onboarding for new hires in supported groups with Talent Acquisition.
• Collaborate with leaders to create performance plans and document appropriately.
• Conduct workplace investigations and manage HR reporting and data analysis.
