Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of HR experience, ideally in an HRBP environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HRBPs and business teams to implement and administer HR programs across talent management, employee relations, performance management, retention, and development.
• Provide day-to-day HR support, coaching managers and employees, and ensuring policy compliance with state and federal requirements.
• Lead onboarding for new hires, support compensation and benefits processes, and manage HRIS data and reporting.
• Support culture change, leadership development, and training; conduct workplace investigations and contribute to compliance efforts.
• Prepare and present data, manage employee transactions, and assist retention and engagement initiatives.
