Tyson Foods is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with business teams and administer HR programs across talent management, employee relations, performance management, and development. This role serves as the first line of support for day-to-day inquiries and guides managers and staff on policies with a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities include onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS, recruitment onboarding collaboration, and training.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years HR experience in an HR business partner environment preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Outlook) preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in conflict resolution, progressive HR project work, administration, performance management, and benefits management; strong relationship-building skills; high ethical standards; ability to listen and convey information clearly; strong analytical thinking and data analysis abilities; ability to handle competing priorities and interruptions.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business teams to implement HR programs and support talent development, employee relations, and retention.
• Serve as first line of support for day-to-day inquiries from team members and coach on routine matters.
• Support onboarding, orientation, compensation, performance appraisal processes, benefits management, and HRIS.
• Provide guidance on company policies and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.
• Lead or support HR initiatives involving culture, change management, and leadership development; conduct trainings.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on onboarding for supported groups; assist in creating performance plans and documentation.
• Conduct workplace investigations and manage responses to claims; perform HR reporting and data analysis; support retention and engagement initiatives.
