Prairie Band LLC is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, leave management, compliance, training, and HR operations. This role reports to the Director of Human Resources and operates in-office in Holton, KS with travel as required.

You will collaborate with leadership to promote engagement, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain confidentiality in all HR activities while handling sensitive information with professionalism.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of three (3) years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state, local, and tribal employment laws and regulations.
• Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, HRIS systems, and business software applications.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist with recruitment efforts including job postings, applicant tracking, interview coordination, and candidate communications.
• Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment and selection process.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
• Administer leave programs including FMLA, ADA accommodations, and workers' compensation coordination.
• Maintain employee personnel files and HRIS records; ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
