Summit BHC seeks an HR Generalist for Raleigh Oaks Behavioral Health in Garner, NC. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, benefits, HRIS maintenance, training and employee relations in a busy healthcare facility.

You will advise managers on performance, policy, and compliance, coordinate leave, and ensure timely reporting. This is an on-site position with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required, or high school diploma with related experience.
• Three or more years’ experience in a progressively responsible HR role.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission, facility licensing standards and third-party payor requirements.
• Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certifications preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate recruiting, selection and onboarding of new employees.
• Coordinate new hire and benefits orientation and employee training.
• Administer benefits programs and 401(k) enrollment.
• Explain benefits coverage and communicate program changes.
• Assist with leave benefits (FMLA, STD, LTD) processing.
• Maintain HRIS and employee files; ensure compliance.
• Provide coaching to managers on performance and discipline.
• Support employee relations and engagement activities.
• Prepare monthly regulatory compliance reports.
• Act as liaison between HR and Payroll on deductions and timesheets.
