Silvi Materials is hiring an HR Generalist in Raleigh, NC. This on-site role focuses on partnering with senior leadership to execute HR strategies, ensure legal compliance, manage workforce planning, and support recruitment and onboarding.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR and strong Excel skills, with responsibilities spanning employee relations, benefits, and HRIS data accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in human resources or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
• Ability to work 2-3 Saturdays a year for hiring events.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (I-9, DOL, EEO, ADA, FMLA, OSHA).
• Lead workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational development initiatives.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data; produce routine/ad-hoc reports.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes from postings to orientation.
• Coordinate training programs and employee engagement initiatives.
