Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in HR/Business administration.
• 2+ years in HR, onboarding, or employee relations.
• Experience onboarding and I-9 verification.
• Strong Excel and data-management skills.
• Excellent communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new hires and support onboarding processes.
• Coordinate first-day communications with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare access badges and site materials.
• Review I-9 documentation and submit to HR Support.
• Assist employees with HR forms and paperwork.
• Support personnel changes and HR Admin processes.
• Prepare and maintain global headcount and attrition reports.
• Audit employee data for discrepancies and improve reporting accuracy.
• Advise managers on HR policies and employee relations matters.
• Create and manage HR forms and streamline workflows with Power Automate.
