CloudRX is seeking an HR Generalist to own day-to-day people operations and help scale HR as the company grows. This hands-on role covers payroll systems, policy enforcement, employee lifecycle management, and benefits coordination, with input into team structure and evaluation processes.

The role requires 5–8 years of HR experience, a bachelor's degree, and hands-on Paychex Oasis expertise. The position is onsite and focused on compliance and scalable HR practices.

Formación

• 5-8 years of progressive HR experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Paychex Oasis.
• Experience leading HR end-to-end autonomously.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance best practices.
• Experience developing and enforcing employee handbooks and HR policy.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day people operations, including payroll systems, policy enforcement, and benefits coordination.
• Develop, enforce, and update the employee handbook to comply with employment law.
• Refine organizational structure, job titles, descriptions, and team scope; manage performance evaluation processes.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding, plan holidays, and track anniversaries.
• Lead year-end evaluations and merit increases; maintain salary range documentation.
