Job summary

CloudRX seeks an HR Generalist to own day-to-day people operations, payroll systems, policy enforcement, and benefits coordination as the company scales. This onsite role spans employee lifecycle management, structure evaluation, and merit-based reviews, with input on team design and evaluation processes.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of progressive HR experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Paychex Oasis.
• Ability to lead HR function end-to-end autonomously.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
• Experience developing/enforcing employee handbooks and HR policy.

Responsibilities

• Payroll and HR systems: manage payroll processes and records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Policy and compliance: develop, enforce, and update the employee handbook and ensure policy compliance.
• Organizational structure and evaluation: refine job titles/descriptions and manage performance evaluation processes.
• Employee lifecycle: manage onboarding, offboarding, holidays, floats, and anniversaries.
• Performance and compensation: oversee year-end evaluations and merit reviews.
