Job summary

TalentBridge is seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to serve as the primary contact for employees on HR, payroll, and benefits matters. This role owns end-to-end payroll processing in Paylocity and supports onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HRIS initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of HR generalist experience, proficiency with Paylocity, and a strong grasp of employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years HR generalist experience with payroll processing.
• Experience with Paylocity or comparable payroll/HRIS.
• Knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and state regulations.
• Strong interpersonal, detail-oriented, and professional discretion.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll in Paylocity accurately and on time, including new hires, terminations, and changes.
• Serve as first point of contact for payroll, benefits, policies, and HR matters.
• Address employee concerns and support investigations in a confidential manner.
• Manage onboarding from offer to first days of employment and lead orientation.
• Coordinate benefits administration including open enrollment and communications.
• Support HRIS administration, data management, reporting, and process improvements.
• Develop and deliver HR training on new systems and programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
