Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in HR or related field.
• Minimum 1 year payroll and HRIS experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or Human Resources preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence others.
• Ability to interact comfortably with leaders and associates.

Responsibilities

• Employee relations: guide managers and associates on HR policies and workplace concerns.
• Conduct workplace investigations and resolve employee issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data and HR reporting; support audits and HR projects.
• Coach managers on employee management best practices and workforce planning.
• Oversee leave management and benefits administration; support engagement and retention.
