Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking an HR professional to coordinate activities in a designated area, focusing on recruitment and employee relations. You will screen applicants, interview candidates, write job postings, and support onboarding and benefits enrollment.

Also involved are ensuring compliance with safety rules and maintaining personnel records, with emphasis on strong communication and organizational skills. Associates degree or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent to two-year college or technical school; or three+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer literate with ability to write and compose effective correspondence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts to practical situations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities in HR for a specific area including recruitment and employee relations.
• Review applications and interview applicants to obtain work history and salary requirements.
• Develop and coordinate internal job postings and write job postings.
• Assist in onboarding, benefits enrollment, and recordkeeping.
• Explain company policies, safety rules, and regulatory compliance.
