What You’ll Do
  • Drive end‑to‑end onboarding and offboarding logistics, ensuring a smooth and compliant employee experience.
  • Oversee and ensure the accurate and timely administration of payroll data, benefits, and leave management for U.S. salaried and hourly employees.
  • Manage HR information systems for the U.S. organization, ensuring proper record‑keeping, compliance, and accurate reporting.
  • Oversee payroll‑related data and coordinate directly with PEO partners for employees outside the U.S.
  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including:

    • OSHA reporting
    • FMLA administration
    • I‑9 compliance and audits
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations and internal HR policies.
  • Partner with other HR team members, finance, legal, and external vendors to resolve payroll, benefits, and employee data issues efficiently.
  • Support audits, reporting requests, and internal HR process improvements as needed.
About You
  • 7+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role, preferably in a fast‑growing or technology environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of U.S. employment practices, including payroll, benefits, leave administration, and compliance.
  • Hands‑on experience managing HRIS systems.
  • Experience working with PEO providers and supporting international employee populations.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
