Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support plant operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compliance and investigations, partnering with the HRBP to meet business goals. The role emphasizes confidentiality, policy interpretation and employee relations, with opportunities to influence retention and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of HR Generalist or HR Management experience required.
• HR experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or related field preferred.
• Professional HR Certification (PHR) or SHRM Certification preferred.
• Proficient MS Office programs; intermediate MS Excel skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HRIS applications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and administrative support to the plant operations team.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and training for hourly and exempt employees.
• Lead annual performance reviews and merit processes for hourly staff.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and employment law across the plant.
• Maintain confidentiality of HR information and manage employee relations as needed.
• Coordinate with HRBP on labor relations, investigations, and engagement initiatives.
