Refresco Beverages US Inc. in Tempe, AZ, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support the plant leadership by recruiting, developing and motivating a high-quality workforce to meet objectives.

Reporting to the Regional Director of Human Resources, the role covers payroll, benefits, onboarding, performance management and employee relations, with a focus on policy compliance and HR process optimization in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources or related field
• Five (5) years of management experience in Human Resources with prior experience in staffing and employee relations
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS applications
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Daily management of all HR related issues at the production location.
• Ensure comprehension of HR policies and procedures and applicable state/provincial employment laws.
• Provide a progressive HR service to Managers covering recruitment onboarding performance management training organizational change and communications.
• Develop and implement consistent employment standards to ensure competitiveness and employer of choice.
• Set departmental performance standards and monitor delivery against objectives.
• Source and develop external partnerships with vendors such as recruitment agencies to maximize service quality and ROI.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues across locations to share best practices.
• Engage in local community activities to strengthen the Refresco employer brand.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to hire and onboard hourly and salaried employees.
• Manage plant payroll functions and deliver payroll files to central payroll.
• Guide HR admin to ensure timely HR tasks are completed.
• Train supervisors on Manager Self Service in Payroll and Time & Attendance systems.
• Serve as first point of contact for benefits questions and open enrollment.
• Promote a safe working environment and participate in safety committees.
• Ensure timely HR data and metrics for standard or ad hoc reports.
