Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR or related field required.
• Solid background in HR administration.
• Minimum 1 year HR experience in Manufacturing/Distribution environment.
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience interacting with customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist HRBP on hourly recruitment tasks and employment strategies.
• Interpret and advise on leave management, benefits, and HR policies.
• Maintain confidential records and HR department documentation.
• Assist with I-9 forms and document verification.
• Support onboarding and new-hire paperwork.
