Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. in Concord Township, PA, is seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator to support daily HR operations and partner with the HRBP.

You will handle record keeping, onboarding, payroll support, and audits while maintaining confidentiality. This role requires solid HR administration experience in manufacturing or distribution, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with HRIS, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business or related fields required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Solid background in HR administration.
• Minimum of 1 year HR experience in a Manufacturing/Distribution environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer interaction experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist HRBP on hourly recruitment tasks and employment strategies.
• Maintain department records with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Assist with completing Form I-9 and verify documentation.
• Welcome and onboard new hires; coordinate orientation.
• Support payroll, training, plant events, audits and data entry.
• Attend daily Plant operation meetings and communicate outcomes.
• Process timecards and scheduling data for hourly employees.
