Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field; plus 2–3 years HR office experience.
• Experience with recruiting: pre-screening, background checks, interviewing.
• Knowledge of benefits administration: healthcare, wellness, insurance.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now/payroll processing.
• Knowledge of FMLA, Workers’ Comp, STD and related leave.
• Experience in office management with exposure to A/P and A/R.
• Familiarity with DOT laws or DOT driver hiring.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and motivational skills.
• Ability to work with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist payroll with tasks.

• Perform other duties as assigned by HR leadership.
