Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field.
• 2–3 years HR experience in an office environment.
• Experience with recruiting and hiring: pre-screening, background checks, interviewing.
• General knowledge of benefit administration: healthcare, wellness programs, insurance.
• Preferred experience with ADP Workforce Now/payroll processing.
• Knowledge of FMLA, Worker’s Compensation, STD and leave management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the recruitment and hiring process.
• Maintain education with respect to DOT requirements and monthly DOT reporting; assist with audits.
• Assist payroll with tasks.
• Become knowledgeable with benefits.
• All other duties as assigned.
