Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Working knowledge of employment practices, benefits and HR administration.
• Experience with payroll/timekeeping systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Human Resources functions and support employees and managers.
• Coordinate onboarding and employee offboarding.
• Maintain confidential employee records.
• Administer benefits enrollments and inquiries.
• Assist with payroll-related processes and data accuracy.
• Support employee relations and performance management.
• Update HR policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Track leave and PTO, and assist with open enrollment.
