Responsibilities

• 60% HR generalist duties, including coordination of new hires/terminations with Payroll, benefits enrollment with carriers, and audits.
• 60% Manage self-funded health plans, ensuring compliance, confidentiality, cost control, and vendor communication.
• 60% Onboard and train employees; support programs to improve employee experience and HR policy implementation.
• 20% Payroll and HRIS management across multi-state tax accounts and confidentiality.
• 10% Union rate tracking for field employees with supervisors; ensure proper paperwork.
• 5% Perform special HR projects as assigned.
